When we first speak, I'll confirm my availability. Next, we'll schedule your Complimentary, No Obligation, Introductory Wedding Reception Meeting. That's a fancy way of saying let's get together so we can learn more about each other.
During your Introductory Meeting, which takes an hour or more depending on how many questions you have, I'll introduce myself and Red Carpet Entertainment to you.
I'll ask you to paint me a picture of your perfect Wedding Reception. I'll listen carefully, discuss your Reception with you and answer all of your questions.

It's very important to me to have an opportunity to get to know you so I can work with you to create a celebration that matches your style and personality.

As you can see, my approach to planning a Wedding Reception is very thorough. I don't ask for a list of names and a list of music and plug that information into a cookie cutter wedding template. You deserve much better than that for your Wedding Day!
It doesn't matter how many times we need to meet or talk on the phone, I'll spend as much time as is required to properly plan and prepare for your Wedding Reception.

Ultimately, my goal is to make sure your Wedding Reception flows smoothly as planned so you can relax with confidence and have a great time with your family and guests.

Over the years, I've never done any two Wedding Receptions exactly the same.
Because every Wedding Reception is different, I meet with you first so I can get to know you and personalize your event based on your wishes.
Personalizing Wedding Options
There are so many choices available to customize your Wedding Reception. You can get as creative as your heart desires!
Do your require my Services for your Wedding Ceremony? You may wish to have me provide audio support so that every ear hears every word at your Wedding Ceremony. Add to that some before and after music to create a warm and inviting environment and you have a perfect Wedding Ceremony that all can enjoy.
At your Reception, you can choose to have me provide DJ/MC elements such as:
- Personalized Introductions - where each member of your Wedding Party has a personalized introduction prepared just for them
- Bride and Groom's Love Story - a 5 to 8 minute presentation about your history together carefully written to entertain and inform your guests. Sure to be a Highlight of your day!
- Custom First or Last Dance Music Mix
- Kissing Games and other Interactive Activities
- Transitions that involve your Guests

Your Agreement
When you engage my services, I'll reserve your Wedding Reception date on my Calendar and prepare an Agreement for you.
The Agreement will provide you with a written outline of the services to be provided.

It will include the date, location, arrival time, booked music playing times, any special requests, any extras such as additional lighting or props, all client contact information, the event fee and the deposit required to confirm the reservation.
The Agreement will be fully detailed so that you, the Customer, and me, the Wedding DJ/MC Entertainment Service, knows exactly what is expected of each other.
Insurance
Red Carpet Entertainment carries Comprehensive Commercial Liability Insurance and Equipment Insurance. This is an important consideration when deciding on a Wedding Entertainment Service.
In fact, many Venues require that Disc Jockeys and Bands provide proof of insurance before allowing access to their facilities.
A Professional Service will be one that takes pride in their work and insures their business in order to protect their clients and themselves should the unexpected occur. Red Carpet Entertainment is insured because it's the right thing to do.
